Clinical Pastoral Education

Clinical Pastoral Education, commonly called CPE, provides practical clinical and theological training. Students are supervised by certified CPE educators as they learn through an inductive process. They develop pastoral care skills, learn how to assist those in crisis, gain a better understanding of themselves, and more. This all takes place as the student spends time in reflection, discussion, and critical evaluation.
